Summary
Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking an LVN / LPN (Overnight) to provide patient care and assist in the assessment process under the direction of healthcare professionals in Montverde, FL.
About the Role
As an LVN / LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting vital signs, conducting assessments for patients with addiction and mental health conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans. You will also provide health education, manage medication records, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program with current licensure in good standing.
- Ability to assess clinical care requirements based on nursing principles.
Preferred:
- Experience as a staff nurse in chemical dependency and/or behavioral health.
- One year of experience in mental health, substance use, or eating disorders.
