Summary
Reo Vista Healthcare Center is seeking an LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in San Diego, CA.
About the Role
As an LVN, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Your duties will include directing the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care. You will also administer medications, supervise nursing staff, and participate in staff development and training.
About You
Required:
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Preferred:
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge and experience with PCC.
