About the Role
As a Client Service Consultant III, you will serve as the front-line support for clients with over 1,000 employees, utilizing multiple ADP services. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing training, and delivering timely resolutions to client inquiries. You will also communicate effectively with clients to exceed their expectations and educate them on ADP products and services. The role may require occasional travel to client sites.
About You
Required:
3-5 years of prior client service experience, preferably in a technology-based environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.
Preferred:
Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and/or Time.
Military experience is valued for the discipline and problem-solving abilities.
