About the Role
As an M&A Intern, you will gain extensive experience working across multiple teams on various client engagements. Your responsibilities will include performing valuation and financial modeling tasks, preparing correspondence and presentations for senior professionals, drafting and organizing client pitches, and researching market data related to transactions.
About You
Required:
- Junior or Senior at a four-year degree program majoring in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
- Completed coursework in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage tight timelines in a team environment.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred:
- Certification from Wall Street Prep or experience through 'Training the Street'.
- Previous experience in a financial or professional services firm, or investment banking/private equity case competitions.
