EisnerAmper is seeking an M&A Operational Manager- Advisory to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves managing, assessing, and facilitating inorganic growth opportunities for the Advisory service line.
About the Role
As an M&A Operational Manager, you will manage the deal pipeline, collaborate with the M&A Growth Leader on strategic planning, engage with stakeholders, manage project risks, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement within the M&A advisory team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 6+ years’ experience in deal-making and execution in the professional services industry.
- Prior management experience of 2+ years.
Preferred:
- Masters Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial storytelling and presenting complex analysis.
- Hands-on experience in developing and leading deal processes.
- Ability to perform advanced financial data analysis.
- Advanced Excel user with experience in building financial models.
- Experience in delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
