UL Solutions is seeking a M365 Platform Manager to lead and develop their Microsoft 365 platform team in Chicago, IL. The role involves defining and evolving the Microsoft 365 architecture while ensuring it operates as a coherent and secure ecosystem.
About the Role
As the M365 Platform Manager, you will own the architectural integrity of UL Solutions' Microsoft 365 platform, set architectural direction, establish standards, and coach a team of M365 professionals. You will partner with various teams to ensure the responsible use of Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Copilot, and provide governance-level oversight for the platform.
About You
Required:
- Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads with strong architectural experience.
- Demonstrated experience defining enterprise platform architecture, standards, and governance models.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a coaching mindset.
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, or global enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture.
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications aligned to M365 / Solution Architecture.
- Experience supporting or architecting AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and information protection concepts.
