About You
- Experience supporting and delivering at least 50 M&A Human Capital due diligence projects.
- 6+ years of experience performing Human Capital due diligence and post-deal integration activities.
- 6+ years of experience in a consulting and/or industry role focused on employee-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years consulting and/or industry experience; alternatively, an MBA with 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Actuarial exams or designation, other HR credentials (CCP, GRP, CEMS, CMS, etc.), MBA, or graduate degree in HR or Organizational Behavior.
- 5+ years of experience with Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Experience in financial statement and operations analytics.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and data analysis.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to work effectively across teams.
