Summary

As a Keyholder, you will lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver personalized customer service and achieve sales targets. You will also handle cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This position is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience looking to take on supervisory responsibilities.

About You

Required:

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Preferred:

Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
