About the Role
As a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery that blends, mixes, packages, and transports materials. Your daily tasks will include ensuring adherence to safety and operating procedures, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining production logs. You will work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to lift heavy materials and work in temperature extremes.
About You
Required:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
