About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating all equipment, making ready and maintaining the assigned corrugated manufacturing press machine, monitoring operations for malfunctions, troubleshooting product defects, performing routine adjustments, and ensuring all orders meet specifications. You will also conduct preventive maintenance, maintain housekeeping standards, and train entry-level crew members.
About You
Required:
- Two years or more experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic arithmetic.
Preferred:
- Experience with corrugated manufacturing operations.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different formats.
