TS Food Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Burlington, WI. The role involves operating and tending to packaging machines to meet production goals.
About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will perform pre-operation activities, regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature, inspect products, monitor the production line, and package finished products. You will also be responsible for sorting, grading, weighing, and inspecting products, as well as completing production documentation accurately.
About You
Required:
- One year of Machine Operating experience.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven record of good attendance.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of food safety.
- Bilingual skills.
