About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality thermoplastic materials. Your daily tasks will include weighing ingredients, troubleshooting equipment issues, packaging finished products, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace. You will work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to work overtime, including weekends.
About You
Required:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and adhere to safe work practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
