About the Role
As a Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to specifications, and performing quality checks. Your daily tasks will include operating machinery, assisting with changeovers, maintaining cleanliness, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. You will work closely with the production crew to meet daily production schedules and maintain operating records.
About You
Required:
- Previous mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate testing equipment and machinery control panels.
Preferred:
- Experience with on-the-job training and ability to train others.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
