As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running machinery to produce high-quality components, verifying specifications, making mechanical adjustments, and performing routine maintenance. You will work collaboratively with your team to catch errors and resolve issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of automotive/manufacturing experience
- Ability to interpret specifications and drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of the Metric System (Microns, Millimeters, etc.)
- Able to use gauges to measure parts and ensure they stay within the acceptable tolerances
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction of decimal numbers)
- Able to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner and know when to ask for help
- Ability to work in a team environment
Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.24 per hour (plus shift differential $16.69/hr. for 2nd shift, $16.64/hr. for 3rd shift)
- Potential for contract-to-hire after three months
