- High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification.
- Ability to lift materials up to 30 pounds.
- CNC Lathe mill/turn experience.
- General knowledge of programming skills, basic math, blueprint reading, and GD&T skills.
- Familiarity with Okuma OSD - P300, Mazak Mazatrol, and Haas.
