About You
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 1 year of experience in casting or machining.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced tool shop environment.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to read and use measuring instruments: micrometers, calipers, hole gauges, and depth micrometers.
- Understanding of G code programming and ability to set up and run CNC milling machines.
