As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming mail correspondence, coordinating outbound mail projects, supporting attorneys and paralegals with account file maintenance, imaging documents into the firm's document management system, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, or local laws regarding correspondence and pleadings.
About You
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document management systems.
