About the Role
As a Maintenance Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, supporting calibration and engineering teams, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with quality control and production teams. You will also perform corrective maintenance, install and start up equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required, associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance highly recommended.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician or in a manufacturing environment with direct experience in technical processes.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with injection molding machines for thermoplastics and LSR materials.
- Knowledge of PLC setup.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
