Summary
Newell Brands is seeking a Maintenance I Technician for the 3rd Shift in Wichita, KS. This position is responsible for all facets of general maintenance.
About the Role
As a Maintenance I Technician, you will observe safety policies, drive success through continuous improvement programs, maintain a clean workstation, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, perform diagnostic troubleshooting on various systems, and complete required documentation. You will also need to be flexible with shifts and work overtime as needed.
About You
Required:
- Trade school maintenance program or 2-year Associates degree.
- Two to five years related experience and/or training.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs.
- HVAC Certificate.
