As a Maintenance Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety and health codes, supervising staff, and performing preventive maintenance procedures. You will also document work performed and maintain tools and equipment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in building maintenance including 2 years of trade experience (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and one year of project oversight experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency standards and reliable transportation.
