About the Role
As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for leading maintenance team members, executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with various teams to manage work orders, promote best practices in maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate.
- Trained and competent in MFI MTL1, MTL2, & MTL3 skills.
- Active Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) membership.
- Prior experience in SAP.
