About the Role
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, overseeing installation and repair tasks, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing a preventive maintenance program, and leading a high-performing maintenance team. You will also analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure cost-effectiveness in managing the maintenance budget.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Facility Management, and Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
- A degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Certification in Maintenance Management or Facility Management.
