About the Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and inspections on building systems, utilities, and machinery. You will also perform tasks in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting as needed. Your duties will include troubleshooting machinery, recording information, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control policies.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or Vocational/Technical School graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance.
- General knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanics.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of general mechanics and basic electricity.
Preferred:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturers' specifications.
