- High School education or equivalency preferred; Trade school training required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret basic blueprints.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Basic fabrication and assembly skills.

- Basic carpentry knowledge.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Required to own standard tool set.
- PLC knowledge beneficial.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment.
