About You
Required:
- At least five years of hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
Preferred:
- Post-secondary technical training.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and high-rise building systems.
- Hoisting License.
- High comfort level with older adults.
