About the Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining the operating condition of all facilities equipment. You will determine the reasons for equipment failure, conduct inspections, and facilitate internal repairs. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, assist in training other employees, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in Maintenance Mechanic, or related field.
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Experience in precision manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in Fanuc, Haas and Yasnac controls.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate maintenance shop equipment.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and skilled in problem-solving.
