About the Role

As the Maintenance & Service Delivery Team Lead, you will serve as the primary local maintenance service representative for assigned client warehouse locations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead teams of on-site Maintenance Technicians, coordinate schedules, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your role will also involve proactive identification of service improvement opportunities and collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations.

About You

Required:

5+ years experience leading hands-on service delivery or maintenance teams within a business-to-business (B2B) context.
Strong client-facing mindset with the ability to build credibility and manage expectations.

Preferred:

Knowledge of warehouse automation, industrial robotics, materials handling, and/or logistics.
Experience with 5S methodology and equipment repair or troubleshooting.
