Eisenhower Center is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the facilities.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for completing monthly safety inspections, clearing ice and snow from sidewalks and parking lots, participating in an emergency on-call rotation, and performing repairs on walls, ceilings, doors, and windows. You will also assist in moving furniture, vehicle maintenance, and completing electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
About You
Required:
- HS Diploma / GED
- Certification in Electrical work or Plumbing work
- Experience with light repairs and drywall/painting

Eisenhower Center
Eisenhower Center offers neurorehabilitation services to individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury, anoxia, or stroke. Eisenhower Center was founded in 1993 to provide post-acute, residential rehabilitation services to individuals with traumatic brain injury. In 2008 we became the first facility of our kind to be 100% employee owned. Since then we have grown dramatically, expanding to include: Michigan's only TBI rehab facility in the Upper Penninsula, an innovative 68 acre residential facility on a fully functional hobby farm in Manchester, MI, a geriatric community based home in Ann Arbor, and our first out-of-state facility in Jacksonville, FL.
