About the Role
As a Maintenance Specialist Irrigation, you will provide maintenance, installation, and repair services for district irrigation fixtures and equipment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with construction personnel on new irrigation systems, operating trenching and digging equipment, making emergency service calls, and maintaining electronic records of repairs. You will also participate in professional development opportunities and demonstrate outstanding customer service.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a good driving record
- 3-5 years journeyman level experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Preferred:
- Plumbing Technician Certification
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
