- Must be available to be 'on-call' 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Minimum of one year experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- HVAC skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Craftsmanship capabilities.
