About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead by example, hire and develop team members, resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, manage apartment turnover processes, and ensure compliance with safety codes. You will also maintain the beauty and safety of the community through general upkeep and grounds maintenance.
About You
Required:
- EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
