About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor II - Electrical, you will lead and develop electrical maintenance technicians, manage maintenance for utilities, cranes, and mobile equipment, implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, and ensure equipment reliability. You will also conduct audits, analyze trends, and champion safety programs within a fast-paced, high-performing team.
About You
Required:
- Engineering degree or HS diploma with 5 years of electrical experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Strong skills in AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting.
Preferred:
- Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software.
