Summary
Harsco Environmental is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Midlothian, TX. The role involves supervising and directing maintenance employees in the repair and preventive maintenance of all mobile and fixed equipment.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance is performed safely and correctly, maintaining a mixed fleet of equipment, providing leadership to the maintenance team and external vendors, and managing maintenance planning and execution efficiently within budget. You will also provide technical guidance for maintenance activities and assist in troubleshooting and training maintenance crew members.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in Heavy Mobile Equipment, Static Processing Plant, Locomotive, and/or Gantry Cranes.
- Sound mechanical knowledge of Medium and Large Wheel Loaders, Scraper Tractors, Diesel Locomotive, Gantry Crane, and Material Processing plants.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer-oriented service support environment.
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a Steel Mill, quarry, mining, rolling stock, major construction, or material processing environment.
