About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage a team of maintenance personnel, support operational departments by maintaining equipment, analyze maintenance work orders, and ensure a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for planning and executing projects, controlling inventories, and supporting food safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a plant or manufacturing industry.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Industry background in Food or Beverage.
- Demonstrated experience within mechanical and electrical systems.
Preferred:
- Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to gather and analyze information.
- Experience in inspiring and motivating others.
