As a Maintenance Tech (Late Shift), you will be responsible for painting and repairing walls, ceilings, and common areas, as well as performing plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. You will also handle snow removal and storm preparation, and communicate effectively with your team and upper management. The position requires physical work and operating equipment during late shifts.
About You
Required:
- High School Education with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance or related supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Registry, Driver’s License, and fingerprinting as required by program.
- Compliance with health regulations for physical/Mantoux testing.
