About the Role
As a Maintenance Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of maintenance around converting or corrugating equipment. You will leverage learning and development resources to train union team members, document results, and manage training around preventative maintenance and repair efforts. Your role will include assessing technical talent, developing training plans, assisting with daily work orders, and coaching technicians to optimize machine downtime.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proven supervisory track record
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Ability to learn proprietary software programs
- A high regard for safety
