About You
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.).
- Ability to drive a golf cart.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
Benefits
- Pay: $22-25/hour (and up, depending on experience).
- On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls).
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call.
