About the Role
About You
- High school graduate.
- Valid NC Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of general maintenance.
- Experience in HVAC.
- General computer knowledge for troubleshooting and computer-based software work order system.
- Ability to respond to maintenance calls every fourth weekend.
- Willingness to work odd hours if emergencies arise.
- Ability to read and write clearly to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of how to reset fire alarm panels and pull stations.
- Knowledge of turning off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to the facility.
- Knowledge of the functions of all roof equipment and other equipment.
- Willingness to work as Housekeeping Assistant, Laundry Assistant, or Grounds Assistant as needed.
