About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring production lines are in good mechanical order, completing assigned preventive maintenance tasks, and assisting other teams as needed. You will also set up, inspect, and test machinery, diagnose problems, and perform repairs while adhering to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing; or 4 years of direct experience in the same field.
- Basic knowledge of General Maintenance, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical and Electronic Systems, and Welding (TIG, MIG).
- Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, or scissor lift.
Preferred:
- Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma, or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school.
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of personnel.
