About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility. Your tasks will include troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting various production equipment such as ovens, packing lines, and conveyors.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- 2-5 years’ experience in an industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Power Industrial Training Certification.
- Electrical, PLC Diagnostics experience.
- Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
