Summary
BYLD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Aurora, CO. The role involves ensuring the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, provide Level 1 troubleshooting for machine-connected software and systems, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and support safety and compliance protocols. You will also assist in managing spare parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems and industrial production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in automated or semi-automated manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES) or shop-floor software.
- Familiarity with OEE or downtime tracking systems.
- Comfort working in a SMART / connected factory environment.
- Lean or reliability-focused mindset.
