- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or equivalent experience; actively participating in electro-mechanical vocational training.
- Minimum of one year of experience in electro-mechanical focus studies.
- Strong self-motivation to gain knowledge of machines and diagnostics tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
