Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing routine repairs, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and assisting in maintaining the organization of the maintenance shop. You will document work completed, communicate with other departments regarding maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years industrial/plant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety practices.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- General computer skills and ability to read and interpret schematics.
Preferred:
- Experience with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, and respirator fit test.
