About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for building and property maintenance, completing unit turnovers, performing painting and preventative maintenance, assisting in inspections, responding to work orders, addressing maintenance emergencies, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinating with vendors, ensuring safety and compliance, providing excellent customer service, organizing the maintenance shop, and maintaining property security.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Basic understanding of leadership principles with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
