Secant Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II - 2nd shift to join their team in Quakertown, PA. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will work Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with training on the 1st shift for approximately 3 months. Your responsibilities will include installing power supply wiring, diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, creating wiring plans, and performing preventative maintenance activities. You will also assist with training other technicians and ensure all work is performed within quality guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Vocational Technical degree/certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Considerable knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic operating systems.
Preferred:
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, machinery, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
