About You
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of experience in general facility maintenance, including basic HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, office moves, and meeting room setup.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
- Valid Class 'C' driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Hospital, or Food Service industries.
- HVAC license, Electrical Technician or Universal EPA certification.
