About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician III, HVAC, you will be responsible for directing and participating in preventive, corrective, and general maintenance and installation of HVAC systems. Your daily tasks will include recording maintenance activities, advising HVAC maintenance crew, assisting with inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. You may also lead and coordinate the work of other HVAC employees and assist with budget input and vendor selection for equipment purchases.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HVAC Technician Certification or EPA Type II Certification.
- Must have valid Texas driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
