About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one-year experience working in building maintenance or construction.
- Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment.
- A state issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions.
Preferred:
- Vocational or technical education.
