About the Role
About You
- 3 to 5 years of facility management experience, managing residential and commercial properties.
- Proven ability to manage operational budgets.
- Experience in maintenance and management of high/low pressure boilers, circulator pumps, motors, and high/low voltage systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Work Orders, BMS Building Management, and Asset Management.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.
