About You
- Three years of full-time satisfactory experience as a mechanic, journeyperson or helper in the electrical trades, mechanical trades, or construction/maintenance of buildings.
- At least two years of full-time satisfactory experience plus sufficient training or education in the electrical, mechanical or construction trades.
- Experience with graffiti removal and facility inspections.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
